Exchange or returns are only accepted if items reach us within 7 days from date of delivery. There is no exchange or returns for Sale/Discounted items.
The following conditions may be considered for exchange on regular priced items:
Defects include holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration before washing or wrong item(s) shipped.
For items that are deemed with defects, we will exchange for the same item that is still in-stock, or a refund in shopping credits if that particular item is out of stock.
All our measurements are based on the sizes sent for production and as per the Size Chart shown in each product page. There may be a 0.5-0.7" difference in our given measurements. In such cases, the variance may not be considered as a defect.
Customers who want to return a purchased item for another size may do so, subject to availability of the size requested.
Please follow the following steps before sending a return to us:-
1) Send a snapshot of the defect shown to firstname.lastname@example.org
2) Provide your Order number, Name, Contact number.
3) Upon receiving a confirmation reply from us regarding the return, arrange for the item(s) to be shipped back to 390 Victoria Street, Golden Landmark #03-53 Singapore 188061.
Please note that in all cases of return and exchange, customers bear the shipping costs incurred in shipping the items back. We will bear the postage costs incurred in the event that the wrong item was sent to you.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We strongly encourage you to use return with registered mail or delivery service with tracking capability. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns.
Returns or exchanges can also be done in-store. Booking of appointment required.
Simply Rays Pte Ltd reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items that are mailed to us without prior confirmation will not be processed as exchange or refund.
